"Good for a short stay"
This Eastbourne Premier Inn isn't in the centre of Eastbourne it's on the outskirts of the town around the Langney area. We only wanted to stay here one night and the first thing I would say is that it's easy to drive straight past it and not see the sign for it so if you're using a sat nav and it says you're there look very closely for the sign. Apart from that it's identical to all the other Premier Inns as all the rooms are the same in these hotels. There was plenty of parking and we didn't experience any issues. If you want somewhere to stay near Eastbourne without being right in the middle of it then this is as good as anywhere.

"Avoid this hotel!!"
We had the worst night's stay at this hotel on 11/09/26. What Premier Inn had not made guests aware of when booking was that the roads directly outside the hotel were being resurfaced from 8pm to 6am from 07/09. The noise from the machinery was so loud it was impossible to sleep at all, you couldn't hear the TV and we couldn't open the window when the room became hot. Premier Inn were aware in advance that this work was being carried out and they have been unapologetic, and I was advised that because the noise was external they will not issue a refund, and they don't feel that they have any obligation to inform guests.

"Nice hotel, but the onsite pub was a dissapointment"
Another victim of the road construction in Willingdon Drove, which goes directly past the hotel. Noise & more particularly heavy vibration going on until 4am. Overnight staff very unsympathetic, & I found the response of "they have to finish by 8am" an insult. Thankfully, our remaining 2 nights were peaceful. Hotel is clean & tidy, rooms comfortable. The attached Hungry Horse "The Mill" pub is a bit cheap & cheerful. Breakfasts were fine albeit that some items ran out & were not available. The Sunday evening we ate there was pretty dire. We were sent to a table that wasn't cleaned with used cutlery on the floor. No roasts left at 7pm (apparently they go within a couple of hours of opening). Several other items missing & no real ales all weekend. Staffing also an issue. Thankfully there are other pubs & restaurants only a short distance away.

"Never again"
Night time road works directly outside. 9 hours of solid construction noise. The Mill inn pub, the official eating establishment had 2 staff and over 70% capacity. Slow service is an understatement.
Apparently this is normal. Go elsewhere.

"OK for the price and a one night stay"
We stayed at this Premier Inn recently for just one night. Our assessment is that it was clean and tidy and the reception staff member was welcoming and friendly.
The room was clean although the bedside lamps needed a dust and the fan needed cleaning, but the bedding, towels, carpet and bathroom were clean.
There was a full size bath, toiletries, hairdryer, and plenty of tea and coffee.
There was a bit of road noise when the windows were open but fairly quiet at night.
There were children playing in pub garden next door but it was quiet once it became dark.
The thing I really didn't like were the pictures on walls of skyscrapers. Why? Why not local pictures?
Our assessment is that it's better than the Premier Inn at Polegate and much better than the Eastbourne Travelodge, but not quite as good as the Premier Inn in Newhaven. We'd stay again for one night.
