    "Louise at check-in made our stay amazing"
    We arrived just after and were met at the check in by Louise. My partner asked whether we could possibly check in early for free and Louise reacted in a very jovial and funny way. She had a look on the system and found us a lovely room on the 6th floor from where we had a view over the Pavilion and the sea. Louise really made our stay and would be our choice for employee of the month.

    We went for one night with an 11 year old and 14 year old and the family room was the biggest we've ever stayed at at a Prem Inn. It's a great location and the staff were really helpful and welcoming.

    Great location, not far from train station and central to everything you want to see and do. Easy self check in machines. Our room 202 was OK. Clean, comfortable and air con worked well. The curtains were really dirty and need cleaning or replacing. Good bathroom nice and big and loads of hot water.

    Great staff and location for all the sights in Brighton. Fairly Easy walk from the train station, opposite The Lanes and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops!
