    "Value for money, good location."
The toilets for the bar / restaurant are down at heel. Only one of the two lifts were working during our stay. That brings me to a warning, any room beginning with a 7... The lift stops on the 6th floor, if you're infirm, check that you're not going to be on the 7th floor. The staircase may be difficult for you. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was finished well. The room itself had seen better days. Despites having both double glazing and secondary glazing, the net curtains were moving considerably during the windy night. Toilet seat was loose in room 709. This review may sound as if the hotel was bad, but its relatively cheap, but the worst Premier Inn that I've stayed in.
    "Thank you team!"
The lady checking me in was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy. Louise and Kat treated us great. Would come here again. Thank you team!
    "Helpful happy staff"
Kajal was cheerful, always busy, but still ready to help with a smile. The chain should be proud that they have such quality staff working for them.
    "Don't waste your time."
The hotel was filty, the worst i have seen from a premier inn viewed two rooms, and both were in terrible condition. The staff and manager were standoffish and rude. It was a long fight to get our money back from the company even though we didn't stay. I feel compelled to protect other people from this place.
"Tired and dated, but great location"
I'll start with the good: the location was excellent. The room was a decent size, beds comfy and we all slept well. Breakfast was decent as always. Unfortunately the room smelled of smoke and the bathroom definitely needs updating. Im not sure if the air-conditioning was working. I followed the instructions, though it wasn't clear if it had any effect. Parking at £18.70 for 24 hours 2 blocks away is not exactly reasonable. There are 2 timy lifts in the building and one was out of order. The other was constantly in use, so we found it easier to walk up and down to the 4th floor. There was one receptionist on a very busy weekend, but 3 self check-in booths, so its clear that Premier inn do not aim to provide a personal touch. I'm starting to fall out of love with Premier inn, as there seems to be common issues across the board
