      "Fabulous and comfy break"
      Lovely clean room, comfy bed. Lovely staff who were excellent with our children, especially great with our daughter who has additional needs.

      Very comfortable bed, lovely clean room. Great air conditioning. Perfect location. Great variety on the menu but we already had plans to eat out.

      We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-kept, with really comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of variety – definitely a highlight! The only slight downside was a bit of noise from nearby nightlife in the evenings, but it didn’t ruin our stay. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and a central location.
      "Needs improving.."
      Have stayed before but had bad impressions, but after friends staying, decided to give another try, but again was not impressed. On entering room there was only one towel, dusty window ledges and no toilet paper.after complaining to manager he still didn't get things done, we had to contact night manger before anything was done.(she was lovely). We have been told that they are having referb soon, let's hope that things change.. we have stayed in premiers all over England, and this is the one we have had most complaints about.
