      "Great welcoming"
      I didn’t stay overnight at Premier Inn, but I stopped by to leave my luggage for a few hours — and I was genuinely impressed by the service. Despite being right in the middle of the city, the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and treated me kindly even though I wasn’t a guest. It’s rare to experience such hospitality without a booking, and I truly appreciated how accommodating they were. A big thank you to the team — I’ll definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits and would recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service in a central location.

      I had a truly great stay at Premier Inn. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service and the incredible politeness of the staff. It's rare to feel so genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and kindness made a big difference, and I really appreciated the warm atmosphere they created.

      Me and my family found the hotel decent. I would definitely recommend it since we got it for a decent price per night. The service was customer service was FANTASTIC and the food to be really nice if your not expecting Michelin star quality ( had 2 course Meal). Good breakfast with all the usual so no complaints there. I don't understand why they can't get the grubby windows washed because it really does make the hotel especially from the inside look dirty. The rooms I found to be in need of some tlc. They were clean but you could definitely see some wear and tear. OVERALL we had a great stay. Positives ,food customer service and decent bar area to relax. Rooms just ok but would stay again.
