    Was greeted by Louise at reception and made to feel very welcome. Great stay in a very central location in vibrant Brighton

    Louise & Finlay were incredibly helpful especially when I couldn’t find the car park. Really friendly & couldn’t do enough for me to make sure my evening meal and stay was a good one.

    Dirty .peeling paint and filthy windows this is just the entrance.The carpets in the corridors are dirty and don't match ,the room has dirty marks on the walls ,the curtains don't fit and are all different lengths very tired indeed considering how much it cost,how ever the staff are superb..

    Good hotel and very accommodating with regards to breakfast needs (allergies). What let it down was the way they offered luggage storage. If you wished to store luggage on checking out, they force you to donate to charity before taking your items. I initially didn’t have any means of payment due to my bank card being lost so they weren’t willing to accept it. Only after making a lot of effort and inconvenience for me to obtain money (via my neighbour back home), did they accept my case. Whilst I have no issue with donating to charity and regularly do, the way they forced it on us left a sour taste in our mouths.
