    "Great stay at Brighton Premier Inn"
    Location is amazing, perfect for shopping and eating out. Breakfast was great and shout out to Louise and Ester for their fantastic customer service!

    Reading these reviews, I must have stayed in a different hotel! The room was okay, but everything else was awful. Horrible entrance, dirty carpets & paintwork.greeted by staff who stood there doing nothing, instructing us to check in on the screens next to them- no proper hotel reception. Was like a hotel from the 70’s , so depressing . Apart from sleeping there had to stay away the rest of the visit, never again …

    Arrived for a 1 night stay in Brighton. We've got 3 rooms booked for 9 of us and the lovely Louise was so helpful sorting rooms. Super efficient service with a smile. We're off to a great start Thank you Louise

    Staff are always friendly and helpful. Louise was on her own when we arrived and was rushed off her feet but always has a smile and is helpful to customers. We've stayed many times and like staying here as its convenient and we always have a good stay.
