    "Customer skills"
    Just writing to praise Alex and Ollie who dealt with great skill and tact in dealing with a very difficult customer, who in the end dealt had to be asked to leave the dinning area as he was disturbing other customers. At the same time as dealing with this issue, they continued to deal with all the other guests in a prompt and pleasant manner. Well done both - a credit to Premier Inn.
