    "Not as good as expected"
We arrived for 1 night and the lady on the reception was friendly. She checked us in and told us there was no air con but a fan was provided in the room and because of the hot weather duvets had been taken out of the covers . Got to the room and the bins were not empty, plug in sink was jammed , missing a bath sheet and the kettle was chalky. Found a housekeeper ( head housekeeper I think) and asked if I could have a bath sheet, clean kettle and could someone sort the plug in the sink. She was friendly and apologised and went to get a clean kettle. A clean kettle then came back 20-30 minutes later and the housekeeper had a screwdriver and hammer to get the plug out . When she left I gave her the rubbish bags and she apologised again. As I sat in a chair in the room , I noticed a stain on the duvet cover plus it was ripped at the bottom. Corridors looked like they hadn’t been hoovered for a few days. Bar staff were friendly when we went for a drink later. Breakfast was as good as usual and the staff were helpful . Hotel could do with some updating
    "Horribly uncomfortable"
We were traveling back to Guernsey so needed an over night stay as we’ve stayed here before thought we’d be in for a good night. Price £146.98 including breakfast. Receptionist was nice but didn’t explain about no AC when we got to room fan was useless didn’t help at all. The room was 28* I was sweating all night. When we went to ask about AC the woman said it was going to be refurbished and wasn’t working and yet it was working in the reception area. After a very uncomfortable night went to breakfast well that was ok had to ask for eggs as the ones on show looked like haribos star mix. Heard the chefs f ing and blinding in the kitchen and eating his own food whilst cooking. Just didn’t look good. Went back to room to get our bags and looked for someone in reception so we could complain waited around but no one there. Very shabby looking place now and very short staffed by the look of it. We stayed on one of the hottest days last week we didn’t sleep and couldn’t open windows as our room on ground floor was next to busy road and very noisy. it was unbearable never again.

Difficult to list everything that was poor, so here goes. Check-in was shabby and disorganised. Decor is dated and scruffy. Room was far too hot, with just a small desk fan for cooling, no A/C. Wait for breakfast in a queue for 30 minutes, tables were available. A wait to be seated policy that was shambolic. Once past the barrier gate, we were treated to no bowls, no glasses, no coffee mugs, no bread !!! We waited with bated breath to see what would land on the food 'wheel of fortune' next, ooh fried eggs, but with no bread or plates. Lenny Henry, I want my money back !
"Premier Inn Poole save your money."
Not cheap very outdated, poor quality, not clean, no air con in the building at all. Grubby and just not clean. Hotel smelt. Restaurant understaffed under funded. Poor quality food, the excuse it’s under referbishment didn’t was because you could eat if you booked the meal deal but not from the menu! Given that it was over £100 a night to stay. You’d be better spent spending and extra £20 for quality and cleanliness. My advise wait until they pull it down or gut it and rebuild before you stay here.
    "Good hotel"
Stayed for one night - room very clean, comfortable bed. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the town centre, so not too far. Room was very hot at night, but fans were provided and duvet taken off bed to try and help with this.
