Poole Centre (Holes Bay) hotel

Breakfast at the Poole Centre Holes Bay Hotel is consistently outstanding. The service is swift, professional, and welcoming. Nina in particular provides exceptional service; always attentive, remembering guests’ names and personal preferences, which as a regular customer makes the experience feel genuinely warm and personal. Orders are taken and delivered promptly, tables are always clean and well stocked, and the breakfast area is impeccably maintained. The cold section is reliably well supplied, and the fresh fruit selection is especially enjoyable. Overall, an excellent start to the day every time.

We’ve just come back from a lovely stay with 11 members of ky family - from 5-78. My father has mobility needs - everyone was catered for in a very professional way. Thankyou for a great stay.

Very disappointing, this premier Inn is very unimpressive although a refurb has started, the bar and restaurant area were awful the seating in the bar was all ripped and very worn the chairs the fabric was dirty torn and stained. The rooms were also very tired carpets worn, paintwork chipped and marked, the staff were ok but we were not told we had to put the sign out to get rooms cleaned so after a long day at a wedding came back to the room that had not been serviced. More communication needed by the staff not everyone is used to the procedure maybe a bit more training on customer service. I live in Dorset and will not be recommending Premier Inns to anyone coming down, the standard has certainly dropped even though the price hasn't!!!

Spent one night here, the staff were helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble. I would especially like to thank Phil, who was an absolute star, rearranging the room, last minute, finding a plug so I could charge my phone, assisting with the vending machine and being sympathetic and kind during a family crisis. 10/10

Check in was brilliant. The lady went to check are room was ready, we were a little early. All staff were very friendly and polite, helped with directions etc. Family room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Wasn't noisy. Clean room and bathroom, nice warm shower. Check out was pleasant. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of space in the carpark, it was also free. Cant fault it, will be staying again next year
