Poole Centre (Holes Bay) hotel

Room was comfortable for our family but I would recommend not eating at the hotel as below par. The dining area for breakfast felt very unclean with dirty crockery and cutlery and sticky floors.

Disappointing stay — avoid if you value a good night’s sleep The room was dusty and there was a huge amount of noise from the nearby 70 mph dual carriageway. If you’re looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, don’t expect one here. Unfortunately, Premier Inn were also not very helpful when I reported the issues, which made the experience even more disappointing. Based on my stay and how the concerns were handled, I would recommend staying elsewhere. Restaurant - not great limited breakfast option for £11.99. Not cheap and definitely not worth it.

As before very drab looking definitely not been looked after don't give good 1st impression. Lovely location mind, we had a room overlooking the bay yes had to pay extra where as back in the day was free. Room Lovely and spacious. Staff helpful too. There was an issue withpeople booking in . We don't bother with the restaurant next door as had too many bad experiences in the past. Filthy and service poor. Plus food awful this too has gone down hill.. With restaurants in town and a a McDonald's very close by best try them. This PI let it's self go. Very neglected..

Great room, friendly check in staff. Very clean and beds comfortable. Spacious rooms. Restaurant breakfast good and great kids ate free.

Premier Inn has been going down in standards for a while but this was the worst yet. Expensive and very poor service. The bed gave us both a bad back to start with. We only had one towel in the bathroom. When I spoke to reception to say no one had been in our room to replenish tea etc ( which was sparce anyway), I was told I had to request these services. Then on Sunday we went for dinner to be told we should have booked and would have to wait an hour. We watched x8 couples/ families told the same and turned away,even although there were many tables free and staff standing around. The food was dire when they eventually got the order right. Everything looked dirty and run down. Worst experience ever.
