"Wonderful stay"
The staff are wonderful! I stayed for a weekend away to Christchurch and they are in the perfect location. Free car parking and wonderful breakfast are a massive plus for this hotel!
"Acceptable but unfriendly"
The room was fine. However the service fell short of what we have experienced at other Premier Inns, notably in the restaurant. The staff seemed overworked and stressed and while not rude were less than welcoming. We were told twice that the hotel was full and that they were short staffed. Some friends in the same group as us were actually turned away when they went for an evening meal. We later learned from other friends that this hotel has a reputation for being disagreeable. We won’t be going back.
"Good hotel."
Loads of free parking, adjacent restaurant on site. Walking distance to Railway Station and regular MoreBus bus service to Christchurch & Bournemouth stops in road outside. McDonalds & Subway next door.
"Premier Inn Christchurch West"
The restaurant staff were excellent giving welcome and good service in spite of being short staffed. Eda, particularly, sorted out a problem (of our own making) putting us at ease. She welcomed us with a broad smile and desire to ensure our comfort. She seemed to have a smile for everyone and made mealtimes a delight. We’d give her 5 stars 👍. Nigel & Ellen
"Don’t bother staying here"
This has always been our ‘go to’ premier inn when staying in Christchurch. Unfortunately it will be our last. It feels like it is being run down maybe to close? There was a very limited menu and times to eat nowhere to sit outside. And guess what premier inn? Covid is sort of over so start cleaning the rooms. I asked twice for our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t we had to ask for clean towels because of this. You should automatically clean them like you used to. Prices haven’t come down but service has gone down a lot. We wouldn’t stay here again and maybe not use premier inns either there are other choices!
