"Know what you’re getting with a Premier Inn"
Classic Premier Inn! Know exactly what you get for your money. Great service on check in and a lovely clean room. Staff in the neighbouring restaurant were great to find us a table even thought forgot to book

"Not good."
Bathroom needs cleaning mould around bath and toilet area. Bath was very high with no grab rail while standing in bath to have a shower. No shaver point, and hot towel rail.
Restaurant serving area has stairs and is unsuitable for elderly people.

"Health Risk"
We checked into this hotel, and we used the self checkin kiosk. There wasn't anyone on the reception when we arrived. Got to our room and not a pleasant smell at all. Rooms need upgrading. Tired walls & furniture.
There were large toe nail clippings on the floor.
It's not a great start. We headed out to get some air freshner and room defusers to hide the smell.
After driving 4 hours, we just wanted to chill.
On the way out, we see the receptionist standing at the desk, no acknowledgement from her at all.
We settled down for the night early and woke up with my partner not feeling great. He woke up early to find thick black mould on the walls behind the sofa bed.
Not only that, the curtains on the back also had thick moulds.
This is dangerous and can make people ill.
Im not being funny, but kids sleep on those extra sofa beds in the corner.
You wouldn't even have your own home in this poor state. And you would most definitely not leave toe clippings on the floor for your guests to see.
We had to pay for that room for 3 nights, and we left after the 1st night.
Can't believe a company as big as Premier Inn expects their guests to be paying for rooms in this state when they wouldn't even have their own home like it.
Even a small independent 3-star hotel can do better than that.
We filed a complaint and was offered £25 refund.
Couldn't be even more offended by this.
A company that is worth millions couldn't refund 1 night we didn't stay because of your health risk bedrooms.
We won't be returning to this hotel.
Disgusting.

"Pleasant and comfortable stay at this venue"
We enjoyed our stay here as we wanted a quiet but pleasant place to stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed at an excellent price. This is real value for money. The atmosphere was perfect and cleanliness can't be faulted. We did not require any service apart from checking in but with was available if we needed it.

"Disappointed"
Our stay at this Premier Inn was not our best. We were put in a family room at the back of the hotel which was very tired looking and dark. The shower was over the bath which proved difficult for us to use being elderly. The breakfast was not up to standard, it was all laid out under warming lights and did not look appetising, the sausages were only cooked on one side and looked anaemic and the mushrooms looked raw. The bacon was overcooked and very hard. Having just stayed at a Premier Inn at York where the hot food was cooked to order it was very disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful but overall our stay was not the best. It would be good if more of the hotels had Premier Plus rooms available as they are far more comfortable and at least have two easy chairs and not just one between two people.
