      "Disappointing stay"
A little disappointed with the premier inn the decor is tired with cracked tiles in the bathroom, also, lots of cobwebs and dust. The grounds are overgrown and unkempt. The staff were very helpful and polite. Our key card stopped working early on the morning of our departure so we couldn’t get into the main doors or our room!
      "Avoid"
Absolutely disgusting. Very disappointed by our recent visit, our room had mould growing up the curtains and a sizable patch growing on the carpet. Our second room (booked 2 as limited to 2 adults per room) had the strongest smell of mildew that none of us could sleep in it. Didn't stay, left and drove long journey home, and have complained. Rooms not habitable for animals let alone humans.
      "Don’t stay here!!"
This is one of the filthiest hotels I’ve ever stayed. The carpets were grubby and the rooms/bathrooms dirty. Unfortunately the Beefeater restaurant attached to the accommodation was worse. Dirty, sticky tables. The whole place was grubby. The corridors smelled musty and unclean. I was really surprised at the rundown state of this place having stayed in other Premier Inns and found them clean and good value for money. Other guests found wet carpets and mould in their rooms and left immediately. This place needs closing and having a complete refurbishment. I felt really sorry for the reception staff who were having to deal with a stream of complaints but did so with grace and good humour. A pity the senior management at Whitbread/Premier inn/Beefeater cannot respond in the same way!!
      "Mixed feelings"
Our welcome on arrival was non existent. The booking in machines are very impersonal. Breakfast was good but the evening meal was expensive, sparse and not of good quality. Great location.
      "Good experience"
In the area for the Bournemouth Bus Rally with our buses. Good - Bed great, clean, USB sockets next to bed a plus, nice shower gel and handwash, Harvester next to Inn, breakfast very good. As with a lot of these types of hotels they get hot but my room and all the rest of the rooms my friends where in an expensive fan were in the rooms. In fact I have bought one as they are very quiet. Masses of parking which made parking our 6 double decker buses from Devon easy. Minor negative: - limited sachets for drinks (I expect I could have asked for more but I bring my own anyway), didn't realise I had to register my car as did not see the machine to add reg no
