"Outside of my room very noisy."
Upon check in I asked if I could have a quiet room on top floor, I was offered room 145. The room itself was quite acceptable, except the window was so dirty I could hardly see out of it! Much to my dismay I was woken up in the early hours a few times by a banging door opposite my room. I checked it out and the room was marked Team Members only. In the early morning a trolley was parked outside my room, whilst staff made yet another racket filling it up!
Not very respectful for paying guests to have to put up with this noise pollution, this continued for my entire stay!
I was quite surprised because I have stayed in Premier Inns many times before and always thought they are good value.
So moral of this story...if you want to get a good night's sleep...as Premier Inn advertise on social media, don't get one near a Team Members only store room!

"Not happy with the room"
We have been going here for many years and have always been happy there, but this time we checked in went to the room to find the 2 beds hadn’t been made so I had to make the beds, which I thought it was bad. Also the windows were so dirty. The whole place really needs redecorating and cleaning as it is looking very tired. We came away feeling disappointed. We are due back in November 13th to 15th.

"Avoid- don’t be fooled by the pictures"
Booked to stay with husband and two kids. If it was just me and my husband we would not of stayed.
Check in was at 3 so plenty of time for room prep. The room itself didn’t have a single wall without damage or muck! Literal dust on the walls next to the beds you could wipe with your finger. Cobwebs hanging of the headboards. The room we unfortunately experienced needs a refurb but that should not affect the cleanliness at all. The room ran warm which obviously the hotel cannot help but with the fan on it was just blowing crud all round the room. Slept on top of the bed after looking at the bedding. Bar area needs a whole refurb if you can get past the tattiness and bobbly tables. Dinner was cheaply priced but for a reason. Braved breakfast and honestly that was the cherry on the cake. We immediately checked out the muck and food build up on all the tables was beyond disgusting! It wasn’t just one table it was on all. Reached out to premier Christchurch and got a generic message back to say should have let the one receptionist on shift know the problem. In all honesty unless the receptionist was gunna do a deep clean of the hotel and areas there was nothing she could have done and it’s not her problem. You want people to stay you need to invest into the hotel. I would start with a top to bottom de contamination!
Because it’s grimey. We have stayed at plenty of budget friendly hotels which might lack amenity's ect but never one that mucky!
Top tip instead of sending generic emails deflecting responsibility maybe take action!
Area fab as always but please do find alternative accommodation as there is plenty around.

"Not free parking"
All over the website it says Free parking. The car park is operated by Horizon Parking and is private land, totally separate from Premier Inn.
It would be good if the Premier Inn reception kiosk allowed you to add your vehicle reg during check-in. Still don't know how you do it.
If you don't register your vehicle, you will get fined £57. I was told that providing my booking number would get the fine rescinded. Horizon Parking rejected the appeal. Total rip-off.

"Quiet and convenient"
Have been here several times. On a frequent convenient bus route into Bournemouth and half hourly service into Lymington.
Good free car park.
Restaurant attached but a Toby Carvery ten minutes walk or two minutes in car.
Hotel in need of a refurb anytime soon.
No walk in showers unless you book an adapted room which lets the place down greatly.
As seniors we find the bath very high and difficult to get into and out of.
A large Sainsburys and Stewarts garden centre five minutes walk.
Aldi, Matalan and Burger Kings over the road
The hotel doesn't quite look like the publicity photo which must be quite old.
