Christchurch (East) hotel

Helpful staff and clean rooms. Warm welcome when we arrived. We left our recycling outside the room when we didn’t want the room cleaned and the staff were happy to collect. Although it wasn’t a problem asking for more tea, coffee and milk from Reception, it would be helpful if they provided more in the room. I paid for the Premium Wi-Fi but was disappointed that it wasn’t much better than the free. Comfortable beds and the room was dark at night. Although we were quite close to the dual carriageway, noise wasn’t a problem. Plenty of parking and close to shops.

Staff really good 'very friendly 'but not over 'very professional ' The room was as you would expect as from Premier clean 'beds lovely attention to detail really good We had a Beefeater inn where all the food came from Breakfast really good especially my wife's Poached eggs '! For Dinner we had a selection of starters 7 plates in total 'this was both nights fabulous ' my favourite was crispy bbq Crispy Beef the rest of it was good too it was like having "tapas" The atmosphere was so good people were laughing 'children were happy again staff were brilliant especially Dan He was our waiter on the first night very knowledgeable rare theses days We have stay at over 25 premier inns this one is on the top with all of them

Overall one of the best premier inns I have stayed in. It was quiet with a great car park and very helpful staff Food was very good value

Stayed there for 1 night in a family room, 2 adults and 2 children. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, helping us to check in using the self service check in station. The beds in the room were very comfortable with plenty of room. The room was clean and tidy but showing signs of being dated, tired and in need to a refurbishment. The bathroom smelt of damp as there is no extractor fan and no air conditioner in the room. There was a desk top style fan in the room but this didnt work. Paid for the breakfast and this was very good and plenty of options to choose from

After checking in the the room machine allocated room 53. We entered the room only to be greeted by a swarm of large blue bottle fly's. Obviously something had been left to rot away.
