Christchurch (East) hotel

You wouldn't catch Lenny Henry staying here! The whole place needs a complete refurbishment, the corridor to our room (43) was dirty and needed a good hoover. The place smelt damp. There were cobwebs in our room, the skirting board was thick with dirt, mould stained flooring in the bathroom, mould on the bathroom ceiling. I had a terrible night's sleep,.couldn't stop itching and woke up with bites on my arms & legs, probably from the bed! My son was in another room and had to be asked to be moved after checking in, when they pulled the curtains in their room, there was mould all up the curtains! Seriously, the only people I would recommend this place to are those I dont like! The Beefeater that is attached to.it is just as tired, ripped seats, tired furniture, we asked for a couple of prosecco glasses to have a drink in our room, we had to wash them, lipstick and drink residue all around the top of both glasses! Urgh!! Absolutely awful place, honestly it was not worth the money!!

Worst one we ever stayed in. We checked out at 9 pm on second night because we were fed up of the place. Late night receptionis lady very helful but management there needs complete rething. Half the room facilities dont work.

Good staff very helpful, would definitely recommend and everyone does there job efficiently check in easy to do happy days

Stayed here for with my family for one night, upon check in we commented on the poor surroundings of the hotel with overgrown grass and dirty appearance of the building itself. Our rooms were smelly damp and needed a fan to get rid of the stale smell. The corridors stank of cigarettes with other customers leaving their doors open to allow a draft to run through as it was very warm in the hotel I did think about complaining but thought the rest of the hotel must be the same .We left at 5.30 am and didn't have a chance to speak to anyone. Never will stay here again Poor example of a premier inn hotel

Most acceptable accommodation, excellent food and ample parking, I took a long wheelbase transit van with a 16 foot trailer on the back and it was easily accommodated in the car park to the rear of the Hotel and our room overlooked our vehicle, absolutely perfect
