"Excellent stay, staff are fantastic."
We have had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the rooms are excellent, large, very comfortable bedding and the views are exceptional. We had a problem with the first room we stayed in but Miguel was extremely helpful, despite it being extremely busy, he went out of his way to help us and manged to swap our room which is not an easy task in peak season when there are huge queues at Reception. Miguel has exceptional customer service skills, he makes all guests feel valued and welcome, he makes effort to make kids laugh and is very professional. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we are annual visitors and will return again next year. I also noticed this year that they have a security guard at the entrance to the hotel which has really helped, it makes families feel safe l.
"Sizzling hot"
A central hotel, it was a very slow check in. A very nice room and bathroom on a high floor. The room was sizzling hot in a heatwave. The aircon didn't work, apparently it hasn't worked for years. Probably won't return not in the Summer anyway.
"Hotel ok, cleanliness lacking."
Family room was fine. Cleanliness was relatively poor. In particular skirting boards and door frames. Door frames were thick with dust and behind bed particularly bad but bathroom and linen were clean. Service was good. Slept amazingly well and the location is fantastic. So close to the beach. The only thing I would say to watch out for which is not the fault of the hotel is there is an absolute vulture of a litter warden who literally sits in his car outside the hotel waiting to pick on people. I put my cigarette on the floor whilst I was getting my room key out of my bag and got £100 fine. The front of the hotel is absolutely strewn with cigarette butts, the shops a bit further down have loads of litter everywhere but this man waits outside the hotel not of an evening when he would catch an absolute ton of people and make a difference to the ton but at 06:30am preying on families. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again for that reason only. If you do stay check out Brass Haus. Great food at good prices and lovely atmosphere. Oceanarium also highly recommended
"Extremely dissapointed and dissatisfied"
Hotel was dirty, smelt of cannabis and wet dogs, walls and floors were dirty, was charged twice for early check on but was told I was wrong, this hotel has gone down in standards since we visited two years ago and I wouldn't stay here Agsin.
"Fabulous overnighter here!"
We arrived on a Thursday evening at about 6.30 and we met by Miguel, he was really good fun and made the check in experience rememberable. he advised us that we had a really nice room, to be honest we weren’t sure if he was being serious…. On arrival to our room, what can I say?… OMG the room was amazing. We had a mini suite. Our kids had their own twin bedroom and the main bedroom area was a good size with a small lounge area with television double bed, ensuite and a double aspect with sea views. We had a fun night out in Bournemouth, returned to the room and had a great night sleep, comfy beds and peaceful. We’ve just returned from the breakfast buffet, the service here was great, food was delicious… Overall, a very nice experience here thanks for your hospitality Premier Inn and great work to all the staff here and a special nod to Miguel.
