"Premier Inn Bournemouth Central was A1 for us!"
Everybody from young friendly pink haired Receptionist (deserves promo!) to cleaners to dark haired girl in dining room (and chefs!) deserves high praise! Our rooms (two disabled OAPs) were Plus rooms so we had lovely sea views but most important (!) spotlessly clean! (We had stayed at a famous chain hotel down the coast - boasts of high faluting this n that - they had bedbugs but tried fobbing us off even with the big bites evidence!) So you, Premier Inn, deserve a big platinum medal for cleanliness! Also medals for your kind and helpful staff who - yes you, you kind gal in dining room, went above & beyond! Thank you for a lovely stay!
"Disappointing"
This is the worst Premier Inn I have visited. The staff on reception were nice enough, as was the (one) member of staff running the breakfast. We booked a Premier Plus room as we’d never stayed in one before; please don’t bother, it was a waste of money. All the furniture was shabby (not in a good way!) and the bed was very uncomfortable. When we tried to find someone to discuss it with there was no one to be found and we had to leave before any members of staff made an appearance. We won’t be staying here again
"Not up to normal Premier Inn standard"
This hotel has really gone downhill over the last few years. This is very disappointing because: 1 We nearly always stay in a Premier Inn 2 This central one was always the one we chose when coming to the BIC As you enter the hotel there is an overwhelming smell of damp. The staff we came into contact with were very unhelpful and most of the time there was no one in reception. As we were staying two nights we chose a Premier Inn Plus room. The view was stunning as we picked one with a sea view and a balcony however the door is locked and you are not allowed to go on the balcony. Our room was large but unfortunately the carpet had many stains on it. The shower leaked and poured water out and there was no air con. When I went to reception to ask about air con she rudely responded that it was broken in the whole hotel. When you look back at earlier reviews it has been broken a long time. Obviously fixing it is not a priority for the company. In addition the mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable which you never ever find in a Premier Inn. They have the best mattresses. Overall a very disappointing stay and not up to Premier Inn standard at all
"Excellent location"
I love this hotel. Great location 5 mins walk from the beach front and pier and close to the town centre with good restaurants. Had the warmest of welcomes from the lovely manager, Miguel, who is keen to ensure his guests have a great stay. Great breakfast as always. Have already booked my next stay.
"A very pleasant stay"
Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Thanks to Miguel on reception for making it so pleasant. Nice room and slept really well! Great shower and bathroom too.
