"Thanks Miguel, Mat & Sid. Fabulous hotel!"
I have been coming to Bournemouth for years and stayed in many different hotels but this is by far the best one in terms of location, price and service. The room is gorgeous and super comfortable. Fabulous view and just close proximity to everything. Miguel is an absolute diamond, always pleasant and greats all customers with a smile. Even on his travels outside of the hotel, I saw him exchanging pleasantries with a customer who was passing by. He remains top notch, even when not on duty. If I owned a hotel I’d definitely want him to run it. All staff I’ve come across have been absolutely lovely. Including mat who was full of smiles on our arrival and Sid in the restaurant who made me feel comfortable after embarrassingly having to request to borrow some cutlery. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the cleanliness of the room and modern decor make for an extremely comfortable stay.
"Disappointing"
Booked last min as a family of 4 (with a severely autistic child). Lift barely wide enough for pushchair. Room door not wide enough for pushchair. Check in very slow. Bar ridiculously slow- not served for over 15 mins. TV volume capped at 23 (window open and fan on because it was 27 degrees) could not hear it and my son is hard of hearing. Overall very disappointing.
"Superb room and location with great customer service"
Had a great stay at the Premier Inn Bournemouth Central Hotel. Great location only 20 meters from the sea front. I received a very warm welcome from Miguel at the reception desk and received great customer service throughout my stay. I booked a family premier plus room, with fabulous views overlooking the beach. The room was clean and very spacious, with upgrades from a standard room which included a mini fridge, full size bath and comfy seating. I will definitely be returning soon, thanks for a great mini break.
"Enjoyable two-night stay, will definitely return"
Enjoyable two-night stay in standard room with sea view and meal deal. This represented first class value. Room was clean and well appointed as was the dining room and other public areas. The food offering is in line with other budget hotels and better than a number of far more pretentious hotels we've stayed in! We especially like the Art Deco touches from its 1930s origin. All staff we encountered were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Will definitely return.
"Dont make a reservation at this hotel."
This is easily the worse Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Public areas and filthy, staff with heads in their mobile phone, reception staff not even on the premises getting their own food, rooms that haven't been clean and checked, thick dust, broken walls, dirty substances on the inside of windows, the list could go on.
