Newquay (Seafront) hotel

Me and my Husband stayed at the Premier Inn Newquay seafront for 6 days after Easter. What a beautiful spot. Overlooking the sea for breakfast and dinner. Everything was lovely. The thing that made this hotel extra special was the staff. Every single member of staff were really friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome. A special shout out to Danni and Rach who spoilt us every night when we went down for dinner. They chatted to us and the service was excellent. The Manager was also very helpful and accommodating. A Solo Retreat Made Better by Exceptional Service I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Newquay Seafront on business, and it was exactly what I needed. The hotel provides a brilliant base—the rooms are incredibly comfortable, the location is perfect for hitting the beach, and I had an excellent night's sleep every single night. However, the real reason my stay felt so special wasn't just the bed or the view; it was the incredible hospitality from the team, specifically Rach and Danni. Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit anonymous, but Rach and Danni made me feel completely at home. They were exceptionally professional and truly stood out as the face of the hotel. Rach was so welcoming from the get-go. She has a way of making you feel like a priority, handling everything with a genuine smile and great efficiency. Danni was equally fantastic, providing top-notch service and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Her professionalism was second to none. It’s the people that make a place, and these two are absolute stars. Knowing there are staff members like Rach and Danni looking after you makes all the difference when you're on the road solo on business. I’ll definitely be back—thank you both for such a pleasant and professional experience!

The staff here are unbelievable, very friendly, Rachel is just a delight, she’s so very friendly and always makes time for a quick chat. Danni is also very friendly, the way she and Rachel work is very professional and both are so friendly. Kieran is an insane chef. Who clearly takes the upmost pride in what he serves.
