Hayle hotel

Soon as we got there the staff at the desk were very friendly. The room was lovely , just what we needed . Very comfy bed , the room was very clean . Quite a remote area , would need a car to get about . Very good value for money . Very handy garage across the road for extra essentials if needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

I had never been to a Premier Inn before, but after seeing the TV adverts over the years I was expecting something pretty special. My son and I were greeted by a friendly lady on reception who gave us our key cards on a cardboard leaflet which had an advert for breakfast. I hadn't booked breakfast and seeing this thought it would be a good idea. The receptionist said that they no longer did breakfast here but recommended the place next door. We found our room. I went to open the window and straight away noticed the dirt on the window runner, which would have only taken a minute or so to remove but it was there, then noticed lots of other things a bit shabby about the room, A big stain on the chair, badly fitting ceiling lights, bits hanging off furniture, rusty soap dispensers and a strange stain (I won't say what we thought it was!) on the wall. Overall a very disappointing experience. Like I said before the staff were amazing but a good deep clean and fix up every now and again wouldn't go amiss.

Very warm welcome from joy and Jamie Nice and clean room

Location good, walking distance into Hayle town centre. Room was OK but was too warm, air con not working however a fan had already been provided in room but was very noisy. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay again but it would have to be in a room that was a lot cooler

This hotel is uninhabitable and not worth any amount of money. Rooms infested and covered in Fleas/bugs, cobwebs everywhere, mouldy curtains, filthy dirty dusty rooms, smelly. This hotel is very run down and wants closing down.
