Bude hotel

Great location in Bude. Very comfy bed, I got a great night's sleep - clean and comfy. I enjoyed an excellent breakfast with lots of choice - good quality produce properly prep'd. Super helpful, friendly staff. Easy to check-in and to check-out. Only downside is no onsite car park - large public car 5 mins walk away.

Receptionist was dire and watched me struggle up and down the levels with the wedding cake etc for 4 trips. Didn't offer to help or even hold the door open. I didn't appreciate that as you can imagine. Hotel ok, no parking at all. Shower was awful and was the equivalent of having a swollen prostate, dribbles. Needs a vast improvement as this is Bude and guests deserve better.

We have stayed in a few Premier Inns over the years, usually on the way to or from the airport, and have always found them to be a bit basic. But the Premier Inn at Bude is a whole other experience. Throughout our stay, the staff were all cheerful, welcoming and helpful. The room was big, bright and airy, with a very comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and spotless, even behind the door which often gets overlooked in hotels. There were ample hangers for our short stay and a big drawer under the mirror to store clothes. We were on the front, overlooking the river but, even with the window open all night, we didn't have a problem with traffic noise. It also gave us the advantage of spotting the free overnight parking spaces on the road outside! The hotel is so convenient for the shops and restaurants in the town and the beach. It's also just down the road from the bus stop and Bude has a great bus service to towns and villages in the area. Thank you to the Premier Inn team at Bude, we will be back.

This is a pleasant hotel in a great location that is in walking distance to the beach and town. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and could not do enough for you. it was clean and comfy, I will definitely stay again!!

A great location in Bude. Far enough out to be quiet, but close enough to explore on foot. Very close to a large carpark too. Room we had was on 4th floor at the back, so nice and quiet, a little compact but then we were only sleeping there! Lifts available which was great with the luggage. Staff very helpful, clean and everything worked in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. Lovely large shower too. All in all a great stay , we are coming back in October to celebrate our birthdays 🎈
