"Amazing staff"

We love Premier Inn, it always gives you the consistency of clean, quiet and comfortable bedroom. But the best bit is the staff you are recruiting, they all are helpful, pleasant, polite and always smiling, we always feel welcomed by them. My partner and I have stayed for the last 2 weeks (during another difficult lockdown) at either the Finzels Reach or King Street hotels in Bristol and wanted to recognise and say a big thank you to both teams and specifically to: Alba, Ali, Kyriatos, Yena, Kasia and Jacob They all have been irreproachably great with us so much so that at the checkout, you feel disappointed to leave - not something that you often feel when leaving a hotel. Thanks Guys!

"like a pontins holiday resort"

Booked one night after taking son to university and would have rather stayed at his accommodation. It was like a 18 25 pontins holiday resort not a hotel and unhelpful staff. Not impressed with noise, room, staff and guest wouldn't stay again, wish you better luck and in future will plan better and give pontins a miss walls paper thin can hear a book turn. Would have rather driven the 200 miles back home.

"Just right!"

Superb welcome from Damon. The location is just a 10 minute stroll from the main drag. The hotel has to be one of the best PI's that we have stayed in for a while. We stayed in a Premier Plus room and loved the little extra touches. Need to focus on the fact that with two guests in the room (as per booking) one bath towel is not enough!

Excellent hospitality staff with great training. They couldn't do enough for us. Forgot to ask at reception for new dry towels but just had to ask for extra tea and coffee. One young lady excelled with her manner and helpfulness. Well done Premier Inn

Like many people I was a bit apprehensive staying in a hotel in the time of Covid. However the hotel in general and my room in particular was spotless. My congratulations to the cleaners and other staff for doing such a great job - and being so friendly. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the bath was great - overall a very pleasant and reassuring experience. Well done!
