"Great stay!"
Everyone at this Premier Inn had a lovely disposition and always had time for the guest! The hotel room was imaculate and I couldn't believe it was 10 years old! Beds were super comfy! Had a great stay - in spite of the rainy Bristol weather! We will be back!

Visit 24.08.25-26.08.25 / Room number 301 & 324 Had 2 rooms one on early check in. Both check in experiences for both rooms were quick and easy. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. Reasonable location between Bristol temple meads station and town centre. Rooms are only cleaned during stays if you notify reception. Wi-Fi reached both rooms well. Also used the stasher app to store our luggage after check out at the hotel. This was very easy to do as well.

Excellent hotel which was really clean and comfy beds. The staff were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The only issue was the parking being a short walk away but we knew that when we booked and used the discount code which made it much more reasonable.
