"Perfect"
We were delighted with our overnight stay at this hotel. Lovely cool room with crisp sheets during very hot weather. Only a few mins walk from Bristol bridge. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Does exactly what it says on the tin!
"Felt run-down"
The hotel was not as clean or well maintained as you would expect. The seats in the restaurant area were dusty and food on the floor. In my room the A/C didn’t seem to work making an uncomfortable night, then when I went to use the tea / coffee in the room the milk seemed to be off/ curdled so I couldn’t even have a drink! Breakfast was average, but for £8.99 I wished I had gone external to anywhere other than here for the ‘value’ I have stayed here 3 times before and no issue, but in future I’ll stay somewhere else.
"Fantastico"
Fantastic stay—clean, comfortable, and ideally located. The rooms are quiet and well-maintained, perfect for althe bank holiday. A special mention to the manager, who recently relocated here he was incredibly friendly and offered great local recommendations that made our visit even better. His personal touch really enhanced the experience. Would definitely return.

Outstanding customer service from Kurt and his team. Very friendly and welcoming, couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Room was very clean and comfortable it’s definitely the best premier inn I’ve stayed in and we can’t wait to go back.

I always use this Premier Inn when coming to Bristol Airport from Manchester and it never let's me down. The staff, both in the hotel and the restaraunt, are friendly, polite and professional, keen to help and make sure that your stay is seemless. I may sound like a stuck record about this place , but first class again!
