"Amazing customer service - staff really welcoming and friendly. Hotel spotless, breakfast freshly cooked and hot. Great location"
Room not ready when we checked in, no problem to look after our bags. Check in and out, smooth. Really friendly staff. Clean hotel, lovely bar area and freshly cooked breakfast. Great location, 15 minute walk to the Palladium, felt like a safe part of the City, nice bars and restaurants very close.

A Premier Inn exactly as you'd expect with friendly helpful staff especially Kurt. Room was lovely and clean, breakfast plentiful, hot with plenty of space in dining room. Convenient location being easy walk to Cabot Circus, City Centre and Temple Meads.

This was my second stay at this particular Premier Inn this time in a premier plus room. I have no complaints whatsoever, staff were polite throughout my stay, room very comfortable and food was excellent.

Great location to the train station, shopping centre and theatre. Some lovely little eateries close by with a pretty walk to the centre of town. Very clean throughout the premier inn.bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful, friendly and polite. It was an added bonus that we could leave our luggage locked away after check-out so we didn’t have to carry our bags around. Would recommend and would stay again.
