"Brilliant"
Had 3 lovely days with amazing staff so friendly kind ,the food was great ,I genuinely can't fault it and krud from reception and rest staff bravo

Friendly reception staff. The room was as expected from a Premier Inn and clean. The wait for service in the restaurant was quite long but there was a staff shortage at the time and the restaurant was busy.

From arriving Sat 9th of Aug until we checked out on Tuesday 11th. The staff were helpful, very welcoming, nothing was any trouble. Room was spotless had everything we needed. We had meal deal. Well worth it. Evening meals there was so much choice, it's cooked to order. Fresh products and fantastic. Be definitely back to stay again. Priemer Inn at finzels reach the best place to stay when in Bristol.
"Last minute get away"
We love this Premier Inn, as it's great for getting into Bristol centre, the hotel has some Premier plus room which are very nice with a few added extras, but the standard rooms are fine too. Ideal if you haven't got a car, as plenty of public transport in the city
"Great hotel in a great part of Bristol"
Great location! Fuss free check in and check out. Quiet area so got a great nights sleep. Handy for Temple Mead station. Lovely street food stalls outside on Wednesday and Fridays. Would recommend.
