"Great hotel in a great part of Bristol"
Great location! Fuss free check in and check out. Quiet area so got a great nights sleep. Handy for Temple Mead station. Lovely street food stalls outside on Wednesday and Fridays. Would recommend.
"Great location Clean Hotel"
Absolutely perfect location central Hotel staff very friendly & helpful Clean quiet rooms Food good too Highly recommend here for location and a good sleep
"Value for money - standard Premier Inn fare. PIA for parking."
Stayed for one night to attend a concert at The Fleece - the Premier Inn is at a great location for this venue (about a minutes' walk). Check-in simple. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room comfortable and clean - the shower is over a bathtub, so might provide some accessibility issues for some. the downsides are that the recommended parking is about a 10-minute walk through the park, which is a bit of a rough area late evening it seems, and the parking is extortionate (with Premier Inn discount it was nearly £19 for overnight) - I suppose this will be an issue almost anywhere in Bristol as from what I could see, few hotels included any parking. I found the meal deal is somewhat less value for money than when we used it a few months ago - previously children ate evening meal and breakfast for free, now it is just breakfast, and the restaurant portions are seemingly smaller now. There was also a strong smell of stale gravy/mashed potato in the stairwell, but I guess if you use the lift you won't notice it.
"Good value for money and location"
Great value for money. Comfortable room, mattress and pillows both great. Breakfast here was good - unlimited and the chef kept the hot food topped up so it was nice and fresh. Location was also good as a base for exploring Bristol. Rooms quiet. Only issue was smell of drains in the bathroom coming from the sink - that was quite unpleasant.
"Just the job"
We ordered the meal deal in the restaurant and our waiter Valter was very helpful in answering our questions. Everything in our stay was up to the usual standard set by premier inn.
