"A great stay."
We had a great stay and a lovely meal in the restaurant. Haylie and Mohammad were very friendly and professional. Looking forward to our next stay.

Not the best premier inn to be honest, check in was slow and the chap behind the desk couldn't get it in his head we had paid for 2 rooms and kept trying to only give us 1. Room was ok but warm. Breakfast was disorganised and didnt have the hot buffet you had to order from 1 member of staff who was working the whole breakfast area on her own. Waited ages for the cooked breakfast and nearly walked out before it arrived. I wouldnt stay here again.

Great location, near park and shopping centre. Not far from Gatwick airport. Free parking. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Room was slightly smaller than usual but was functional, clean and still had everything we needed. Would definitely use this Premier Inn again.

Was everything I expected it to be, good ambient room lighting, good airflow and just perfect overall. Would definitely come again! Food was good as well and really nice place in general, hotel had a good layout and everything was where it needed to be.
"Unhappy Customer"
After being given the key to our room at 3pm we did not actually go to the room until 6pm as we where seeing family. Once we decided to go back to the hotel and put stuff in room to my disgust it was not even clean bed not made, coffee cups still in the etc. I told the gentleman in charge and showed him he was very apologetic but the poor man was having to run reception, take food orders for the restaurant and then deal with a dirty room.

Our Gatwick Crawley Town (Goff's Park) hotel is the perfect base for flights from Gatwick Airport – we’re just a 15-minute drive from Gatwick Airport South Terminal and we’re under a mile from shops on the high street at Crawley Town Centre. If you’re flying from Gatwick Airport, Gatwick South Terminal has a free 24-hour inter-terminal shuttle service to Gatwick Airport North Terminal, which runs every few minutes. Our hotel has free on-site parking and good taxi links directly to the airport and our on-site Premier Inn restaurant serves a delicious range of breakfasts and dinners to set you up for the day. Wherever you’re headed, when you stay with us you can look forward to a restful sleep on one of our comfy king-size beds.

We’re based in a scenic part of Crawley, close to Goffs Park with relaxing rural walks and countryside views. We’re also just a short drive from Tilgate Park and Buchan Country Park.
