Isle of Wight Sandown (Seafront) hotel

Nice location on the seafront. Clean room, bed was fine, staff were nice. On street charged parking which was fine for us as it wasn’t too busy so we found a space close by. Food was expensive for what it was, no meal deal available and no wifi during our stay. Wouldn’t choose to stay at this one again as there’s another close by that has a free car park and a nicer restaurant. Just wanted to stay by the sea this time

Always the first impression is the last impression receptionist was also very helpful as he did offered us what we needed named Waqar. It was really nice stay. Specially rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is also amazing just in front of beach.

Hello I stayed in your Sandown sea front premier inn Friday 30th may booking reference BJE6318225 I am far from impressed with the stay and service we all received, before my stay I went into the hotel to change my booking to add early check in and a family room for my son to share with me and my partner. On arrival I couldn’t do my early check in as wasn’t on the system, then once my room was ready I was given a little box room In the furthest corner of the hotel, which I then had to go back to reception to complain about as wasn’t a family room it was a normal double room, they changed my room but had to wait a further 30 minutes for it to be ready which k then had to case up as they had forgotten about letting me know it was ready, my stay then got worse when I asked about internet was told it was being sorted so I payed for the WiFi which later on in the evening I then found out the WiFi was down and wasn’t being repaired till further notice, also in our room we had no air conditioning for the whole stay as it was just blowing hot air out continuously, and decided to start working this morning 10 minutes before we left to check out. The next thing on my list is the restaurant we had to send 10 meals back as nothing was edible after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes for our food to be brought out and we was only 1 of 3 tables in the whole restaurant will attach a picture of one of the meals below image0.jpeg Overall the whole stay was terrible, from start to finish especially having family and friends over from the mainland to visit, I would like some sort of compensation for our stay or at least a re fund of some sort, and certainly now we will be stopping our use of premier inns on a whole, I have got this email to complain as the staff this morning at the hotel weren’t really interested in what we had to complain about.

Good hotel. Clean and in a great area. Service could be better but overall pleasant . We stayed for 2 nights , moist first night but second night was fine.’staff couldn’t be anymore apologetic . We had a great holiday and looking forward to our next visit to the island

Good location and comfortable bed. Auto checking in didn't work Bath did not drain very well, bath fills up when you shower. The bath was also dirty. Temperature of room was too warm, not able to open window and air con fixed so could not go below 19 deg. Chair by table had stains on. All quite disappointing as normally Premier are my first choice. May have to think again
