"Broken air con , room like an oven avoid in the heat"
Friendly staff Room temp unbearable they gave us a fan but that was useless They should have told me the air con was not working before I arrive in the evening and I could have stayed somewhere else I hardly slept and to be honest if the ferry was running I would have left the island at 3am and gone home Apparently it be broken for a while
"Shame about no air conditioning (especially in this hot weather)."
Room was constantly hot. I visited this Premier Inn a few years ago, and remembered no air conditioning at this hotel. Well, 5 years later and they still don’t have it. Even with a fan in the room, the room was very hot and, as the weather was very hot, the room temperature was quite uncomfortable. One big plus is the free car park. Also, just wanted to say that the lady on reception was very helpful.

I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT MY STAY WAS EXCELLENT DUE TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE TEAM KIARA BILLY BAILEY CAMDYN AND SPECIAL MENTION FOR CHALOTTE, WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.
"FAR TOO HOT TO SLEEP - NOT GOOD"
We had a very nice stay here the staff are amazing only problem is there’s no air con there was a really good fan but it just blew out warm air there was no plug sockets beside the bed so we had to get trailing socket to reach the side of the bed as I have a sleep apnea machine I need to keep cool on a night as I suffer from CLL and you get night sweats otherwise so a little disappointing so we didn’t sleep well at all The food was very good in the beefeater breakfasts are lovely and you can pick and choose what you like
"Truncated Stay "
Having booked for 3 nights, we left after one due to problems elsewhere. While the room was spacious and the bed comfortable, the room itself was like an oven . The window was open but the fan provided was of little help. Given the prices charged, Premier Inn should make air conditioning standard in all rooms. The Premier Inn app is very misleading, two sets of prices but not showing what the extra charge is for. No issue with the staff at the hotel, but won't be rushing back.
