"Teapots please as standard"
Thanks for the teapot to brew a proper morning cup of tea. Would save time refilling if provided as standard. Very helpful staff today 29th
"Perfect start to our tennis day"
We want to thank Vicki our breakfast lady. She could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. Every morning our tennis team came down to breakfast to be greeted by Vicki. She took individual requests and made sure we were extremely well looked after. The breakfasts were really good, thank you Jay. Please tell Vicki we really appreciated being looked after so well each morning. Thank you

I was warmly welcomed by the two members of staff, I asked for a iron and one was delivered with a board immediately, They explained about the restaurant opening times and places to go locally, Nothing was to much. Thanks again Chloe and Kirsty
"Shocking customer services when things go wrong"
Air-conditioning didn't work, the staff did their best, providing fans and sheets, resetting the system and calling maintenance. They would have moved us but the hotel was full. My room was 24.5 degrees (registered by the hotel) and we didn't sleep for either of the two nights we were there. Guest relations refused to honour the good night guarantee as they claimed I had left the window open. I stay with premier inn often for work so I know you need to keep the windows closed, but I also know what working aircon feels like! Premier inn is good when things go well, but try to complain and all you get is a "thanks for your feedback" - their guarantee is meaningless

Vicki and Chloe were great staff members. Vicki was especially helpful and always very kind. I appreciate her assistance in serving me breakfast.
