Great Yarmouth West (A47) hotel

The worse experience we have had in a premier inn. We understand if there are problems but not to even been told they are in our room was shocking. I have special needs children with me who it is so unsafe for them to walk in to a room like that not even been told they were entering our room or not moving our stuff out of the bathroom before doing it how unhygienic. I am appalled that even happened poor lady on reception didnt even know this was going on and have tried to help us but management need sorting out as they approved them to go in our room without even permission from us which is not fair. Not only that but to leave like that with blood stained tissues over the floor as you open it and give the contractors a key to our room is not safe either.

Great hotel, great location, free parking. Hot breakfast was great value for money. Very confortable bed. And a quiet room. Staff were friendly and welcoming

The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. I needed an accessible room which was spacious and had all the facilities I required. Cleanliness could not have been better. Tea/coffee/milk was easily replaceable at reception area. No problem with parking during day and overnight. Meals available on site.

We booked a two-night stay in an accessible room. We were warmly greeted on arrival by the friendly receptionist and were shown the procedure for getting the lift. Our room was on the fourth floor overlooking the River Bure and the town. Our room was very spacious as was the accessibility bathroom which was a wet room with a powerful shower. Shower gel and soap was from dispensers. Towels were soft and large. The room came with very good air conditioning, plenty of tea and coffee (more was available from reception). The bed was very comfortable, although a little low for me. Large television, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We booked the meal deal which includes an “all-you-can-eat” breakfast and evening meal which came with one free drink. At £26.99 per head, it was very good value for money. There was a good choice at breakfast, with the usual English fayre. There was also a good choice from the menu for evening meals. The restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Meals are taken in the restaurant next door which used to be a Brewers Fayre but is now used solely for the hotel guests. The hotel has plenty of parking, including some undercover. We would most certainly stay at this Premier Inn again, indeed, we are booking again for October.
