    Well, when I arrived at the hotel, Yaz was at reception. She was absolutely amazing friendly helpful with the whole booking process.

    We had a great stay at premier inn Cleethorpes, it's so easy to access local amenities, light coast railway, signal box inn , buck beck beach bench (shack) the road train, the bus stop up into town was very near so we went up there visiting local bars , we also visited the no 1 pub on the station platform and was very impressed with the environment in there , the beer was great and very reasonably priced too

    Staying here tonight due to change of circumstances, Jo on the front desk was absolutely amazing and helped me get booked in. Would definitely recommend.

    Another nice visit we always stay here when in cleethorpes. nice food lovely and clean rooms, great location friendly staff a big thanks to Katelyn she was very helpful. We felt sorry for her at evening meal time she was run off her feet why don’t they get some more staff.

    Very dusty in restaurant . No handrails to get in and out off shower and no antelope mat in the bath .no mick at reception desk for 2nights
