    "Warm rooms"
    Rooms are very warm. Lovely staff. Building is very worn and could do with a refurbishment compared to other Premier inns I have stayed at.

    As Always room was clean & comfortable,bathroom was spotless. The staff ate Always so friendly and helpful ,this is one of the reasons I use This hotel.

    I’m disappointed with the customer service I received. I made my booking through central booking and clearly requested three rooms for two families, including a connecting room for the children. At the time of booking, I was assured that the connecting room would be provided. However, upon arrival, this request was not fulfilled. The lack of support from customer service in resolving the issue was frustrating, especially since the connecting room was an important part of our booking. This experience has impacted our overall stay, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure better communication and follow-through in the future.

    Booked an accessible room for elderly parents when we arrived the room had been switched ( by another member of staff, ) we were told and there were no other rooms available . So mu parents couldn't use any of the bathroom facilities or even get on the bed ....
    "Great hotel but needs aircon!"
    Stayed here as great value for visiting blackpool. We did the meal deal as well which was good but ended up over budget due to other drinks. Did not have a very comfortable night as room was very hot. The room did have a fan but it was very noisy so had to choose between being very hot or the noise. Air con is much needed with all these heat waves these days. Room was clean and bed comfy.
