London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 hotel

Not the best Premier Inn. The air conditioning could do with a clean and was pumping out more dust than air. Only one towel provided for two of us and so we had to ask for another. Then we were asked to leave the seating area downstairs as we had our own food, even though they happily provided us with cutlery to eat it! Young lad in Costa is very rude.

This booking was made purely for convenience to reduce travel on the actual day of an international flight. The hotel was very easy to find from terminal 4 Heathrow. Check in was assisted by an incredibly polite and efficient member of staff, and the room was extremely accessible. The room satisfied my requirements and was extremely good value for money In London. But the biggest surprise was the restaurant. Dinner was excellent and so was breakfast. And special mention must be made of Diptee- (apologies if the name was misheard after a long and tiring trip). Pleasant and efficient service despite a hectic and crowded period. Excellent recommendations and customer care.Ensured that I was made aware of discount that applied to dinner if breakfast had been booked. Passionate about her job and constantly in motion. Refreshing to observe. The result was the best meal in London including dessert up to that point in the trip, and the feeling that finally I was on vacation. All the staff are excellent and someone is making a discernible effort to maintain standards. I would happily stay here again in transit through Heathrow.

This hotel is fabulous for price, facilities and service. The new premier rooms are stunning and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner package. I would particularly like to celebrate Jenevive who went above and beyond to make me feel at home and well looked after for breakfast. I usually travel with my husband, but was travelling solo after taking my son to university. He made me feel very relaxed and certainly elevated my experience - thank you.

The convenience of this hotel at T4 is great just a few minutes walk down a covered walk way and you’re there. Once inside it’s a really pleasant place to stay that doesn’t cost a fortune. The rooms are lovely and clean and well equipped with the usuals, (tea/coffee maker, hair dryer etc). Plus there’s an added bonus of being that close to the airport but the rooms are exceptionally well sound proofed. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. I personally always buy the great Dinner/Breakfast meal deal which I find offers very good value. The food is always great and there is such a wide variety of choices at the breakfast buffet.

Location within walking distance. Friendly service and helpful. Excellent room quality - clean, comfortable bed, no noise problem. Overall, excellent value.
