"Perfect family hotel"
Fantastic location right on the beach, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, as for the hotel it was perfect for my family and the virlew was amazing.
"Tamsin and Nyree Amazing!"
A special thanks to Tamsin & Nyree, members of staff that certainly go above and beyond! We visited the area for a long weekend, you could not ask for a better location, beach opposite, town a few minutes walk and great restaurants nearby. Overall the hotel is very nice with comfortable rooms. There is always a delay if checking in or needing assistance as the front desk is not manned. Its a case of wait or look for someone in the bar/restaurant area, I suppose its either not busy enough or spreading staffing needs/costs. Probably the only negative as everything else was great. Unfortunately during the 2nd night our boy was sick in his sleep around 3am. Tamsin was working and dealt with this immediately, she was unbelievable polite and understanding and could not do more for us. She cleaned the area, provided new sheets and bedding and was done quickly and efficiently. I really stress on this as its been a long time since receiving such exceptional service, especially under the circumstances. You could not ask for a nicer member of staff who clearly has a genuine and lovely personality, an absolute star and asset to the premier inn. I would also like to say a special thanks to Nyree who during our stay was so accommodating, friendly and again could not be more helpful. Nyree made us feel welcome and would happily chat and advise on best places in the area during our stay. We felt very welcomed as opposed to transactional guests. Thank you for a lovely stay and I hope management understand they have 2 stand out members of staff at this hotel.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on our way to the South West. The hotel is generally very comfortable but I feel it could do with a bit of renovating of the carpets etc, it's looking a bit dated. There were also tarpaulins across a couple of parts of the facade so not too sure what they are for. One of the positives is that there is ample parking there though you do have to pay £8 for 24hrs. The reception staff were friendly and to be fair our booking for the 2 nights was a bit complicated as we'd booked 2 single nights as we wanted a twin room and they only had one free for one of our nights so we'd had to book a double for the first night, so that did cause a bit of confusion with the receptionist but we got there in the end. Our first night was in the double on the top floor and came with a large walk-in shower which was really useful. The first time we've had a room with just a shower in it but it's far better than having to step over the rather high-sided bath that normally features in Premier Inns. The room was comfortable though strangely the bed was quite high. Housekeeping provided us with single duvets which was good. We ate in the restaurant both for breakfast and evening meal and can certainly recommend it. Our evening meal was very good and the staff were smiling, very efficient and very accommodating with our wishes. We had prawn cocktail and salt & pepper squid as starters followed by lasagne for my wife and scampi and chips for me. All the food was excellent, beautifully cooked and the scampi and chips was served on a warm plate which makes a difference. The breakfast here is a buffet but everything on the cooked breakfast was well cooked and fresh when we were there so no congealed fried eggs or dried out bacon which is sometimes the case. It was very good. Sadly this Premier Inn doesn't have small cups for espresso just large mugs. Some Premier Inns do have smaller cups and on a recent visit to one of these the waitress let me keep my small cup so I carry it around with me to use in those that don't have them. A great stay and the location is excellent on the Esplanade and just a 10min walk into the centre of town.

Great service. Stayed recently with the Ladies Dorset golf team and the staff were all so helpful. Made our busy few days away much easier. Thank you
"Super!"
Brilliant stay! Great price! Yummy breakfast! We stayed here after seeing a show and it was ideal- not far! Perfect seafront location for a morning stroll too!
