Cheshire is packed with family-friendly activities that will keep the kids entertained for days. Chester Zoo is a must-visit, with hundreds of animal species, interactive exhibits and special events throughout the year. The Blue Planet Aquarium lets children get up close with sharks, rays and other sea creatures, while Go Ape adventure courses offer a thrilling outdoor experience for older kids. For a slower-paced day, families can explore the Anderton Boat Lift or take a trip to Quarry Bank Mill, where children can learn about life during the Industrial Revolution with hands-on exhibits and workshops.
