1. These Specific Terms are to be read in conjunction with our General Competition Terms and Conditions here.
2. The prize draw promoter is Premier Inn Hotels Limited of Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 5XE ("Promoter").
3. The prize draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over except for employees of [or family members of employees of] the Promoter, its associated companies or agents.
4. 20 winners will win the value back of up to two nights of their stay. Payment will be made by refunding the cost of the winner’s stay to the original payment card and the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-negotiable. The prize is not to be sold or used for commercial purposes.
5. All guests who make a booking before 17th January 2020 via www.premierinn.com for a minimum one night stay at one of the Promoter’s 800+ UK hotels between 16th January and 31st March and will be entered into the prize draw. Only one entry is allowed per person, regardless of whether multiple bookings are made.
6. The draw opens on Monday 6th April 2020. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 17th January 2020. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
7. All entries received by that time will be entered into a prize draw and 20 winner will be selected from all qualifying entries by random draw on Monday 6th April 2020. The winner will be informed by the e-mail address used to book the stay within 7 days of their selection. The winner must clam their prize within 14 days of notification, failing which the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
8. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, or for incomplete or illegible entries. Submission of entry is not proof of receipt.
9. The Promoter may withdraw the prize draw or change its rules at any time without notice and without incurring any liability to any person who has entered or intended to enter the prize draw.

11. Each clause in these Specific Terms operates separately. If any part is found by a court to be unreasonable or unenforceable the other parts will continue to apply.
12. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Specific Terms and the Promoter's General Competition Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all others. These Specific Terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
