The Grand National

With a rich history dating back to the early 1800s, the Grand National has become a staple of British sports and culture, and one of the world’s leading horse racing festivals. Featuring a 4.5-mile course, 30 fences and a final sprint to the finish line, races at Aintree are always action-packed. As well as the races themselves, the atmosphere of the three-day event is electric, particularly on the stylish Ladies Day, when there’s fun and champagne aplenty.
