ICC Cricket World Cup

The first credited Test Match between Australia and England was in 1877, and the spirit of that game endured through to the first Triangular Tournament in 1912, and what became the first Cricket World Cup in 1975. The top 10 teams as ranked by the International Cricket Council compete in a month-long display of cricket at its finest. Australia took the trophy for the fifth time in 2015, but there were major upsets that year when Ireland beat West Indies and Zimbabwe but narrowly fell short of the quarter-finals. In 2019, there’s everything to play for.

There are over 48 matches at cricket grounds throughout the UK - and we've got hotels near all of them.
