"Great value, lovely staff, excellent accessible bathroom, virtually inaccessible bed!"
It's close to Monmouth town centre, and also the main road passing the town. The hotel has great staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are very good. Generally very good value for money. There were lots of children staying when we were there (a bank holiday weekend) but we heard no noise at all once in our room.
The accessible bathroom was excellent, spotless and large, with plenty of safety features - the best bathroom we've encountered!
The room had plenty of space to move around it in a wheelchair.
Our only problem was the extremely low bed, which was also a bit too soft. At 18" high, getting out of bed as an able-bodied person was difficult enough, but for someone in a wheelchair with limited mobility it was completely impossible without a lot of help!

No check in no check out awful sleep no one to respond too. Complete computer generated stay never experienced before. Loud upstairs persons not hotel fault but no one aviable to discuss on cheekout....so much for gaurnentte sleep......
