"Great location if visiting Monmouth and the Wye Valley."
The hotel is in a quiet but convenient location. Parking is free and an easy 10 minute walk into Monmouth. Our rooms were large, fresh and clean. All in all a relaxing stay and good value too.

Clean comfortable hotel in a great location, very short walk into monmouth centre,every member of staff we met from check in to leaving were all very friendly and helpful,plenty of parking and good thyme restaurant,thankyou and look forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent Premier Inn.
We had a ground floor room which was spacious, practical, comfy & spotlessly clean. It was quiet & air con kept it a good temperature. Staff all friendly. Bought the WiFi upgrade & it worked perfectly. Big car park & just a short walk to town centre where there are good eateries. Can't fault it

"Wi-fi worst I’ve ever paid for"
Room was very warm but most glaring defect is the internet- I paid for ultimate and in 4 days was rarely able to get anything . Trying to complain through purple website is almost a complete waste of time as , with no signal, could not fill out form. All suggestions failed and in the end I couldn’t even bring myself to complain any further.
Tip for anyone else - do NoT spend extra for ultimate wi-fi , just give the £20 (4 days) to charity or throw it in the river- yes, I was pi**ed off - I needed internet for important work & Premier inn lied.

"great hotel chain with some brilliant staff especially Tracey in the restaurant."
Quiet location comfy bed and clean room. Would help to have two comfy chairs to watch tv. We had to take turns to stop backache.
