"Excellent Premier Inn"
Excellent Premier Inn at Monmouth. Couldn't fault it. Excellent breakfast and dinner, welcoming and helpful staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely bed. Free car parking.

"Top drawer!"
Assisted room was just about perfect for my mother-in-law, who is 92 years old. Bed could have been higher is the only negative - clean, large, handrails where you need them and family were put close to her! Well done Monmouth Premier Inn.
Organising this was easy too with the central customer services staff. Thank you all.

"Premier inn staff were great"
I stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very professional. The room was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice. Overall a great two nights.

"Hot stuffy and no TV remote"
You normally know what you are going to get with a Premier Inn - basic but functional.
Sadly this was not functional. The heating was stuck on 19’ and would not go any lower - so the claims of air conditioning were false. My room temperature was 26,5’ at midnight and there was nothing I could do to lower it. The windows are a sealed unit so I could t even open the window for a bit of fresh air.
There was no tv remote control in the room at all. So the big TV was useless.
Basic coffee provided but don’t get excited.
The WiFi painfully slow.
Considering the price for a one night business stay I was less than impressed.

I would just like to say what a lovely experience I had at premier inn Monmouth. The rooms were very clean, breakfast lovely and staff extremely helpful and kind. Particularly Samara who went above and beyond to help me and my husband who is disabled. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very kind, helpful and reassuring. I would just like to particularly thank her personally. Thank you.
