"Where's my breakfast?"
Recent Bank Holiday stay so the price was at a premium( I can kind of expected /justifed that),what I find really disappointing was after paying an arm and a leg there were additional costs for Breakfast.
Now I have stayed in several Premiers over the years and have always had a breakfast with the room rate.
When I queried the above I was told is what due to it been a Holiday.
It might just be me but I do feel thats, just a rip off and took the shine of a decent stay all be it at a good amount of cash.
Not much to ask is a Good breakfast with a room I say.

"Worst Premier Inn Ever."
Worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. Issues with:
- Check-in. broken self automated, staff took over and I didnt' get the room number.
- Check-out, no-one available to complain to.
- The main bed, sheets badly put on / came off in the night.
- The low pressure, barely travelling beyond the bath taps, rain style shower.
- The room facilities in general.
I wanted to complain at check-out, but as mentioned, no staff were available. As such the complaint I put in was rejected. The only positive was the extra bed was super comfy, and with a 10yr old asleep it would've been unfair to wake them to try and resolve the other issues in the middle of the night.

"Terrible breakfast"
Called in on the off chance for breakfast, one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had in fact I did not eat most of it, either over cooked or tasteless If it was not for a few of members of staff I would only have given 1 star

"Fine apart from location of restaurant"
Everything was good apart from the location of the restaurant - being right by the door meant that every time some one came in or left the hotel, it was freezing cold.

Hotel description
Nestled in the wooded Wye Valley, Monmouth is a quaint Welsh market town near the Brecon Beacons that's inspired by many artists and poets thanks to its glorious greenery. From our Monmouth hotel, put on your walking boots and hike up Kymin Hill to admire the spectacular views, or explore the town's rich history, from its Georgian townhouses to the medieval Gatehouse Bridge. Go whitewater rafting on the Wye, catch a flick at the original 1920s arthouse cinema, canoe past the Forest of Dean or simply bask in the calm and tranquility - the choice is yours. - Once you've enjoyed all that fresh country air, head back for a well-deserved dinner at our in-house Thyme restaurant. Afterwards, it's time to relax in your modern, stylish bedroom, curl up in front of your 40" flatscreen TV and enjoy a great night's sleep in your luxury bed.
