"Visit from hell"
Very rood staff. Didn't want us there and very rood. Not even good morning when we all turned up for breakfast. One asked for poached on toast and was told I wiil get the egg do own toast over there. Half my sons breakfasft did not arrive

We have just spent a couple of nights at the Premier Inn in Parc Menai, Bangor. Couldn't fault the accommodation at all, it was clean and comfortable, everything you expect of a Premier Inn, with good parking available. Excellent quiet location, nicely set back amongst trees and very convenient for getting onto Anglesey. The staff were lovely. The only reason I have dropped a star was because of the Parc Brittainia pub next door, which, in our opinion, let's the hotel down dramatically, with the food and drink being mediocre at best. We were on the meal deal for both nights and although we appreciated they were short staffed, on the second night we had serious issues with service. However, Josh on reception in the Premier Inn dealt with our complaint promptly and efficiently. We were very grateful for his assistance and understanding, he is a credit to the hotel. There was also a young man from the pub, called Matt I believe, who we only saw the first evening and next morning, but he was also extremely helpful and friendly and running around like a thing possessed. Sadly, when he wasn't there, everything seemed to go to pot!

Nice staff at the reception beds are comfy but very outdated room been to better primer inn it's got the same bed as every other one light is crap haven't used shower doesn't look good to be honest the restaurant of the premier inn is rubbish was waiting for a while my partner had a adults I had a kids meal both Sunday dinner mine was just as big as his. The food quality was very poor my meal was cold the only thing that was good was the side order of cauliflower cheese. I would highly recommend getting a takeaway or weatherspoons is like luxury compared to here.
