"Everything you expect from a Premier Inn"
It’s fine. Perfect for one night. Everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Been to better, been to worse. Comfy bed, good pillows, spotless bathroom, clean room. Nice staff on reception. Negligible mobile phone signal and free wi-fi is awful. I guess that’s so you upgrade to the Premium Wi-Fi, but at £175 per night I’d suggest that warrants decent Wi-Fi without additional charge.
"Underwhelmed."
We were disappointed with the tidyness and appearance of the exterior of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall not a venue we would recommend.
"Wonderful stay ! Will be staying again."
Lovely and clean, bathroom was spotless and waterfall shower was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The hotel was very easy to find, plenty of parking amd brilliant location. I didnt eat in the resturant so cannot comment but it was very well attended on the nights I was there.
"Rollercoaster expereince, sleep deprived, slow service, but with a smile!"
Tried to find a venue near to the Zip World. The rooms were basic, we hoped for a good nights sleep, sadly due to a very large family (11 people) in the two rooms opposite and constant (literally) going back and forth, slamming of doors, knocking, talking loudly in the corridors, kids on the floor screaming and all manner of in-between sleep was not something that could happen. We asked kindly numerous times the family stop this but sadly our room and my brothers room got little sleep due to them. Reception did speak to them, but it did little to resolve the issue and sadly we spent a lot of money on two bog standard rooms with clearly staffing issues in the pub. I personally feel that they needed more staff and better guidance and clearance. There seems a lack of role models and management to help staff learn and improve. Sleep guarantee obviously does not count when customers do not get a good night sleep due to Premier Inn allowing 11 people to share 2 rooms that are beyond noisy for hours and hours.. Truly unfair and a manager needed to step in and ensure the customers who were having to endure such a nightmare were considered and cared for. Sadly this did not happen, very disappointed as wanted it to be such a lovely experience as our in-laws had never stayed in a Premier Inn before and will never stay in one again! Unfortunate and not acceptable.
"Made to feel welcome incl assistance dog"
