"Another great stay at Premier Inn PontypoolâŚ"
We have stayed at Pontypool Premier Inn several times as we visit family who live about 10 miles away. It has very much become a home from home for us as we have got to know the staff well & they are always so welcoming, friendly & efficient.
Our room was really comfortable & the bed was amazing! The bathroom was OK, but could do with an extractor fan & a heated towel rail.
We had free breakfasts under a special deal at the time of booking, which were of a high quality & really delicious! Sue, the host at breakfast was really brilliant - really friendly, efficient & so helpful. Stephen, the chef, was brilliant too & cooked our breakfasts to perfection!
Looking forward to returning later in the year. đ

Stopped here on our way home from Llandudno to Cornwall to break up the long journey.
Booked a few days before - very reasonably priced.
Had stayed here before.
Very warm welcome from Sue, who was happy in her work and couldn't have been more helpful.
Clean, tidy room with shower (our preference), warm and very comfy bed.
It did what it said on the tin.
We were up and away early the next morning to head home but we will definitely use this P.I. again.
Sue is a credit to the company - P.I. need more Sue's!!!

"Best cooked breakfast in Britain!"
Stayed for four nights. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet as promised. Very helpful and friendly staff. There was a problem with the shower but it was sorted out promptly. Highlight of the stay was Stephenâs cooked breakfasts. We have rarely tasted better. Good location and surrounding environment and the Harvester next door comes in handy. We will visit again and would recommend it to friends.

Second time here & absolutely faultless service. Room was perfect. Staff were amazing, they couldnât do enough to help & treated us like we were family. Keep doing what youâre doing Premier inn Pontypool! I didnât get names but the dark haired lady with glasses & the blonde lady on reception & also the chef were a delight, genuinely cheerful & eager to help. Thank you!
