"Super stay"
Pontypool Premier Inn once again of the utmost quality from.start to finish the staff were pleasamt and knowledgable . The bath room spotless bed super comfy with clean fresh linen . We were supplied a fan as the heat was extreme . And clan sheet to cover us for sleeping on top of the duvet. Only negativd in room the carpet coukd do with a freshen up . Our breakfast was of fresh ingredients and eggs cooked to perfection.
Though the heat was yn bearable the air conditioning was most welcome as was the breakfadt service impeccable . A pat on the well deserved back "Pontypool Staff!" Thanks for a great stay .we will be back . đđ

"Pontypool Premier Inn"
We stayed 2 nights in Pontypool Premier Inn. Such welcoming members of staff. We felt like we had known them ages after 2 days. They truly couldn't do enough for you.
As for the chef in their restaurant, we have stayed in many Hotels but never been served a breakfast as enjoyable as this. Taffy cooked our breakfasts to perfection. They were hot and wholesome. The food was put on the plate and displayed as opposed to being slapped on.
Absolute pleasure to receive some wonderful customer service from all members of the team. Thank you đ

"Lovely stay"
Stayed here overnight during the Wales and West photography show at the ICC Newport. Very clean, good bed, quiet room. Breakfast was very tasty and freshly cooked. Staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

"Perfect for a weekend away"
Convenient location just off the main road and close to other facilities such as food outlets, supermarket. A busy roundabout but there was no road noise in the room with the window open.
A typical Premier Inn I would say: clean confortable and no frills. My room and bathroom were a little tired but clean and perfectly fine. I found the bed very comfortable and slept well. Shower was also very good.
We were a very large sport group and took over many of the rooms. We were a bit loud at the breakfasts (but good natured). Sue in the breakfast room was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely friendly and fun (keeping us all in line đ) and managed the rush that we created very well.
The Harvester next door was very nice with a lovely beer garden and a good choice of food. We were a large group and appeared there for dinner on the Saturday where a very large sports group was already there. Despite this the staff were friendly and we we served our tasty food in good time.
Overall a great stay and Iâd happily go again.

"average"
I stayed in an accessible room, and a frequent user of premier in I found the bed very uncomfortable!
also a stagnant smell in the bath room.
although the response time when I accidently set off the support alarm, was super quick, and helpful.
breakfast was cooked well but service was slow.
