Newport Wales (M4, J24) hotel

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room felt extremely old, with a strong smell of damp and mould as soon as I walked in. The damp odour was overwhelming and made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable.

Having arrived at Premier Inn Coldra we were greeted by JESS who was very professional pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, she is an asset to Premier Inn and they should be proud to have her on board. Thank you Jess

Good hotel with the usual Premier Inn comfortable bed, clean room and value for money meal deal. Sadly hotel was under prepared for the heat wave that we endured for three nights with 32 degree heat in the bedroom because there is no air conditioning. The hotel did provide a fan . The hotel do advise this on the website, maybe they need to think about future proofing this hotel.

Dave helped me in my time of need during early hours of the morning he helped me bump start my car saving me hours of my life and a whopping from whoever was eventually going to pick me up, dave was extremely humble and refused my appraisal, best regards to this hotel and their employees

I stayed at Premier Inn Newport and I can honestly say the experience was excellent in every way. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained—exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient, close to key points of interest, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. On top of that, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and quality service. I will definitely be coming back
