I stayed at Premier Inn Newport and I can honestly say the experience was excellent in every way.
The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained—exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The location is very convenient, close to key points of interest, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. On top of that, the value for money is outstanding.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and quality service. I will definitely be coming back

"stressful horrible experience"
We had a very disappointing and stressful experience and would not recommend this hotel, particularly for families traveling with children.
Prior to our arrival, we had specifically requested interconnected rooms due to traveling with our three children. However, upon arrival, we were informed—at the last minute, on the same day—that this request could not be accommodated. This left us in a very difficult position, as we had traveled from London and were unable to find alternative accommodation at such short notice.
We raised our concerns both at reception and with the central customer service team, but unfortunately, no satisfactory assistance or resolution was provided.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor handling of our request, and absence of support made this an extremely frustrating experience.

"Really clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice staff."
Hotel was really nice. Reception staff were welcoming. Nice to know that if you need more coffee, tea or towels etc, they are available. Room was very clean and comfortable, had a really good nights sleep. Close to motorway but good double glazing so had a quiet night.
Really nice breakfast.

Stayed here with the family. Great hotel, lovely staff can't do enough for you. Nice and clean spacious rooms would recommend this hotel for a family break..

The staff here are so friendly always smiling and chatty. Even the housekeeping team in the corridors in the morning. The building is definitely in need of a refurb outside but the staff honestly make you forget that. Rooms clean and a bed to die for
