    "Damp, outdated and rubbish"
    If you want drug wrappers along the corridor then have a good time 🥳 also a damp smell as soon as you went into the room and a spongy bathroom floor. Also as a family of 3 there was a rubbish bed. Was a sofa seat no mattress. Honestly I would avoid this place 💯
    "Lovely relaxing holiday."
    We were attending the Wales Comic Con at the ICC, so location was ideal. Rooms were clean, bathroom was spotless. Staff were very helpful, also it's ideal for Beefeater bar and McDonalds. I would definitely stay there again.
    "Poor Sleep"
    Poor sleep due to hot stuffy room. Temperature didn’t drop below 27 degrees in the room. Windows hardly open and no air conditioning. Holes in towel.

    The room was large and had a good bathroom with superb over bath shower. It was nice & clean. However there was no air conditioning in the bedroom and with all the rooms being set either side of an unventilated long corridor and having a window which could only be opened a fraction ( for safety reasons ) it was unbearably hot and stuffy and we found it almost impossible to sleep for the four nights we were there. There was a floor standing fan but it wasn't working well and barely produced any breeze at all.

    This place was awfully very run down for a premier in there was no air con and the room was unbearably hot the windows were screwed down to only open a couple of inches, I managed to get them to open slightly more about an inch but it didn’t really help, the fan was ineffective the pillows are usually very soft but they were really hard not a comfortable nights sleep and the heat was unbearable even when the fan as kept on 24/7 would never use again not really impressed with the breakfast either there was not even hot water for tea one morning as it hadn’t been filled and the coffee machine never worked all weekend . Only thing can be said is the staff were really friendly and as helpful as they could be
